Our Strawberries!

We plant our strawberries on biodegradable plastic mulch to control weeds and eliminate any need for herbicides. Our plants are only sprayed if we detect excessive insect pressure, and then only with an organic insecticide.

We never spray once berries are forming. Fields are rotated, and planted to a variety of cover crops to keep them fertile, and the soil healthy. Our bee hive helps with pollination, and our full sun sites with rich loamy earth produce what we truly believe are the best tasting strawberries to be found anywhere!

Despite the hard freeze of 5/18 which knocked our field back, we WILL have berries this year, starting around the third week of June!
